Update: We used Ladd again for a local move, and once again, they didn't not let us down. They arrived on time and ready to go. They are attentive and cautious, and willing to go the extra mile. For instance, they fixed the frame on my bed that was bent out of shape. I really recommend them to anyone moving in NC. We are planning to use them again in a few months when we make a move to Charlotte. I have the utmost confidence in their work.\r

these guys were great. They fit me in last minute, were friendly, prompt and all of our things were in one piece. They even gave me some advice about leveling some of our furniture. They got a little chatty with the gas company guy who was at the house, but to their credit, they did not take a single break the entire day!! I was very impressed with their service, and I highly recommend them. I plan to use their services again in the near future.
