I truly cannot believe the level of service that this company, HMS Moving Services, has provided to me. It was shocking the way that HMS operates with such sincerity and follow through. Pure Service all of the time!
I was stuck in Sacramento in the middle of March with 5 days to get out of my condo and no mover! I had a mover and they canceled me for lack of jobs going towards Boston. I found HMS through my Realtor in Boston. I called and that was all it took. They took over from there. A move coordinator was at my door the next afternoon and I had pricing by the next morning. It was more expensive than Bekins, however, well worth it. The driver, Derin, was amazing. He and his crew were nice and thorough and completely accommodating. Caitlin from their Wellesley office called me more than a few times all throughout the move to ensure that I was happy. I even got a call on Saturday evening from the owner to update me on the Trailer. They set up my entire 2 bedroom condo and not a single item was damaged. Not a wine glass or fragile item, nothing. The price went down (had a ceiling guarantee) by $197.50 for my final bill. I'll take it! I wanted to thank HMS Moving for an unbelievable move and a truly nice experience. First class all the way.
