Karen and I called 3 movers and got quotes from all of them. H.M.S. is the only company who would come out to our home to provide us with an on site estimate. My wife and I have never had a big move like this before and we were told to get everything in writing. We were a bit nervous. Mark came out on a Saturday morning and printed out a ""binding"" price right on the spot. GREAT. As soon as he walked in the door, we knew that we would use HMS. The move was from Beacon Hill and was stressful. HMS provided parking permits for about 100 dollars and they hung them up 2 days before the move. They came in and packed every box and then came back the next day and moved it all. They showed up with well dressed and professional looking movers. GREAT. Nice and new truck. GREAT. The price was guaranteed so We never had to worry about it, GREAT. The service was absolutely wonderful. The customer service girl called us before and during the move. GREAT. Every single person with whom we dealt was pleasant and appeared to be very well trained. GREAT. HMS did a very nice job for us and I do not think that we would go with another mover if we ever have to move again.
