I faxed an order to Brennan's Bridal and I had to email requesting confirmation that my order was received and placed. It's been 18 weeks and I haven't heard a thing from them. I tried calling their number (336) 659-1233, but it was temporarily disconnected. I called again but couldn't leave a message - their inbox was full. I've called yet again and spoke to someone. They plan to make a call and check on my order. They said it could be up to three days before they will be able to tell me more about my order. Their prices are awesome but their communication skills for email/fax orders isn't the best. If you do order through them in one of these two ways, place your order early and expect to make contact with them yourself, several times.
