My luggage was to be repaired within two weeks. After two weeks, my luggage was not only NOT repaired, it could not be found. Several weeks later I received a call stating the luggage was found and would be repaired within the week. Two weeks later I visited the store to pick up the luggage only to again hear that the piece could not be found. The clerk was finally found, but still NOT repaired!!!
I replaced the wheels, it took me just over an hour (including the time it took to buy the wheels).
