Whatever you do, do not hire this attorney. Robert Kitay not only botched my case by making a major oversight, when the case went to appeal he did not fully prepare, was in way over his head, and lost miserably. I was actually embarrassed sitting in the court of appeals listening to him get raked over by the judges. He tried to blame his mistakes on the judge who handled our case and at one point even blamed me for his mistakes. His arrogance is preceded only by his incompetence. He lied to me when asked if my ex could come after me for legal fees tied to the appeal and has cost me thousands upon thousands of dollars in legal fees. Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE ROBERT KITAY TO BE YOUR ATTORNEY!!!
