We have a habit of having ""special needs"" kitties. Over the years, we've dealt with tumors, FIV, FIP, congenital fused paw, pregnant stray and ensuing kittens, kidney failure, and the like. Dr. Mac and Dr. Goss have seen us through it all. They have referred us to a specialty clinic when necessary (FIP) and have managed chronic conditions (FIV, Kidney failure) successfully. For those who have reached the rainbow bridge, they were gentle with the kitty and with us, easing the crossing, and supporting us afterwards. They have always been very gentle with our guys, and one of our cats, who had a bad experience at a previous vet, has now settled in and walks around like he owns the place, so comfortable is he. They respond quickly to phone inquiries and have helped us avoid unnecessary trips to the vet as well! We love Dr. Mac, and our kitties do too! Occasionally, during the summer, there is an odd smell from the groomer next door, but the care we've gotten has been more than enough to outweigh that!
