I am the manager at Bark Avenue Pet Resort and I would like to dispute your allegations. We have large grass play yards, a large swimming pool for the dogs and they are never put in cages over grass. \r
I would like for you or anyone else to visit our web site and see our facility by way of a virtual tour. If that is not proof enough than I invite you or anyone else to come in and speak to our staff in ENGLISH then take a tour. We do tours 7 days a week between 11 am-3:00 pm., and you can see for yourself the bright and open space we house your pets large rooms sky lights, heat and air conditioning when needed and the dogs are never in the dark as our hours of operation are 7:00a.m to 6:00 p.m\r
