Joshua Clinton and the General Manager are arrogant smart asses. They tell you that in business school they learned that they don't have to sell there cars for a dollar less than msrp because supply and demand dictates the price, and if you don't like it you can go elsewhere. So if you want a car in a certain color and with certain options be prepared to pay full price and not a dollar less from this greedy dealership. They won't even tell you face to face, or over the phone. They hide behind emails. They brag that they have the lowest dealer cost of anyone. Sure, why not, they make it up by charging full price for the cars they sell. So you actually end up paying more at Gunther than anywhere else. If you like dealing with phony arrogant asses than this is the dealership for you.
