Joshua Clinton and the General Manager are arrogant smart asses. They tell you that in business school they learned that they don't have to sell there cars for a dollar less than msrp because supply and demand dictates the price, and if you don't like it you can go elsewhere. So if you want a car in a certain color and with certain options be prepared to pay full price and not a dollar less from this greedy dealership. They won't even tell you face to face, or over the phone. They hide behind emails. They brag that they have the lowest dealer cost of anyone. Sure, why not, they make it up by charging full price for the cars they sell. So you actually end up paying more at Gunther than anywhere else. If you like dealing with phony arrogant asses than this is the dealership for you. more

We drove from out of state to purchase a used vehicle, only to discover that it was not as it had been represented on the phone. Jason sweet talked us into a deal, and gave plenty of assurances that it had a warranty, and all would be taken care of. After signing the paperwork, he locked to doors and drove away - leaving us with a vehicle we quickly discovered to have a number of serious flaws. I had to being the vehicle back in (what a drive!) for them to perform the Safety Inspection (mandatory PRIOR TO SALE), and at that point got into a yelling match with Jason, who stormed out and threw my paperwork down. More assurances from others that things would be taken care of. Months have gone by, and for the most part they do not return our letters or phone calls. We have contacted the BBB, the Attorney General, and others. Also read my complaint at thesqueakywheel (dot com). All we want is a token settlement to help with the obvious repairs. What a con! more
