Windowworks (HomeWerks) replaced all the windows in our home (24), our entry door, and all the siding on the house. My wife and I received 6 estimates because all the companies that came out didn't really have anything that impressed us enough. Windowworks came out and did a small demonstration of what their products can do for us. They didn't bash other companies as so many of their competitors did. We decided to have them complete the work. They were in the middle on price and their products appeared to far succeed the others. That became an understatement! Being the last home on the block to update, its very easy to compare our new home to other houses. What a makeover. The style of the siding and color options that were provided really created my wife's dream home. And the part that impresses me the most is this one simple thing: The installers found over 140 feet of rotten wood around our old windows that wasn't visable until the old windows were removed. I noticed it but didn't say anything. Not only did they replace it without charging additional but they didn't even mention it to us. It took one guy at least a full day plus alot of wood to make it all right. And for them to replace it without blinking an eye is tremendous. All other companies only covered a small portion of the wood. This was a cost of over $600 to them and they stood behind their promise. I think it shows good business ethics and in these times, thats hard to find. Before choosing WindowWorks, I read over 100 reviews from different companies and saw many complaints about not replacing wood or taking shortcuts. I can say this company doesn't take shortcuts and they do the work RIGHT. I give them 5 stars!
