Keep up the great service gents. You finished our home today and we are more than pleased. Thank you for the great service and the unbelievable product. The temperature difference is really astonishing. With the outside temp at about 25, we normally have the heat on 72 or 73 since our recliners are net to the windows. Its on 70 and we feel warm. I haven't written on a blog in a long time but this calls for it. My dad whom is elderly just had new windows and doors installed by WindowWorks and they really took care of him. Being honest, he is very picky and has become quite difficult. The people at Windowworks were so good to him and made this process so easy for him. My dad told me he signed an agreement with a remodeler about a month ago and we were like ""oh no"". Time passed and yesterday I received the call from my dad saying we need to come by to see his house: I was shocked! upon visiting, i know why. The job was perfect; spotless of any garbage, and very good color choice (which the salesman recommended). Seeing the house I grew up in look so beautiful was a very touching moment. My mom would be so happy to see this.......All I can say is thank you to all the people at WindowWorks that made this happen. Words cannot describe how myself and my siblings feel about this. The installers just finished our new windows and siding today. What a fantastic transformation our home has had. All the people at Windowworks were very easy to work with and they truly followed through on all their promises. We had a great experience and will recommend them. FYI. We had 5 estimates and Windowworks was the second lowest only to a side job guy which had no real warranty. And the products that Windowworks installed were no doubt superior to the rest of the companies that we had out to our home. I give them a 10 out of 10. My only issue is that my neighbor was offered a marketing promotion because he was doing more work than us. We would have liked that opportunity. Besides that, they were perfect. more

Windowworks (HomeWerks) replaced all the windows in our home (24), our entry door, and all the siding on the house. My wife and I received 6 estimates because all the companies that came out didn't really have anything that impressed us enough. Windowworks came out and did a small demonstration of what their products can do for us. They didn't bash other companies as so many of their competitors did. We decided to have them complete the work. They were in the middle on price and their products appeared to far succeed the others. That became an understatement! Being the last home on the block to update, its very easy to compare our new home to other houses. What a makeover. The style of the siding and color options that were provided really created my wife's dream home. And the part that impresses me the most is this one simple thing: The installers found over 140 feet of rotten wood around our old windows that wasn't visable until the old windows were removed. I noticed it but didn't say anything. Not only did they replace it without charging additional but they didn't even mention it to us. It took one guy at least a full day plus alot of wood to make it all right. And for them to replace it without blinking an eye is tremendous. All other companies only covered a small portion of the wood. This was a cost of over $600 to them and they stood behind their promise. I think it shows good business ethics and in these times, thats hard to find. Before choosing WindowWorks, I read over 100 reviews from different companies and saw many complaints about not replacing wood or taking shortcuts. I can say this company doesn't take shortcuts and they do the work RIGHT. I give them 5 stars! more

We just had our windows and siding installed by WindowWorks along with a new fiberglass entry door. The job went absolutly perfect from the start o finish. The installers cleaned up after the job and were very polite and courtious. We rate them an A+\r Megan & Erik Klus more

Windowworks installed our new windows today and we are so happy. Everyone from the office people to the installers were so nice and easy to work with. The 3 installers that came today were very clean and professional (polite too). We choose Windowworks because they had the best window for a good price. They were priced second lowest out of 5 estimates and they definetely were worth every penny. Our first night with the windows was great. We kept the temperature 3 degrees lower and couldnt hear any outside noise. This is unbelieveable because we have been listening to train for 15 years (train is a mile away) and we couldn't even hear it with the windows locked. Great windows...great company....A+ from us. more

Thanks so much to the WindowWorks staff. I just had 23 windows installed over the past two days and they look awesome. The difference is unbelievable with the noise reduction and the difference in how high we have to keep out heat.
