Review content:
Some moron hit my car with a shopping cart at a local grocery store while I was inside. The damage was bad - a couple very noticeable dents and scratches on the passenger side. I saw Neshaminy Auto Body in Penndel and decided to get my car worked on there.
Josh was amazing - very professional, courteous and attentive. He makes you feel like you are his only customer! His time estimate was spot on (no delays like with other body shops). I noticed a few small scratches that were not related to my incident and when I went to pick up the car, noticed that they had one of their guys touch them up as well. Talk about customer service.
Although I hope don't have to deal with another car issue, I will only go to Neshaminy Auto Body if a situation arises.
