Recently, I took my 2007 Toyota Camry to Neshaminy Auto Painting & Collision. As someone who has been in sales my whole career since graduating college, the first thing that I look for everywhere I go when spending hard earned money is the same thing I look to provide in my line of work with my personal customers: excellence in customer service and quality. Josh and Nick provide this aforementioned customer service/quality to the highest degree imaginable. It was the first time ever bringing my automobile there based on a friend's recommendation. After my dealings with Neshaminy, there will never be a time I will take my car anywhere else moving forward. On top of Josh/Nick's excellence in customer service (taking the time to explain everything out about the process of how long my car would be in shop for, helping me with a rental, dealing with insurance company, keeping in touch, etc.) the quality of the work completed was second to none!!! It looked like a brand new car when all was finished! When you have a shop that covers every single facet of professional/ethical service (hard to find in auto industry), kindness of the Owner/Manager/Mechanics, quality of work completed, and takes great pride in what they do, you have a winner. You have all of this in Neshaminy Auto Painting & Collision. Lastly, as I was reading through some of the reviews, I found one to be completely off-base and the exact opposite of the experience I had with Josh and team. To me, it makes me scratch my head to even fathom someone could have the experience they claimed they did from a company in business for 35+ years, but as someone that always expects the best when it comes to those golden keys I mentioned which is 'service and quality', look no further than these guys.
