Neshaminy Auto Painting & Body

Recently, I took my 2007 Toyota Camry to Neshaminy Auto Painting & Collision. As someone who has been in sales my whole career since graduating college, the first thing that I look for everywhere I go when spending hard earned money is the same thing I look to provide in my line of work with my personal customers: excellence in customer service and quality. Josh and Nick provide this aforementioned customer service/quality to the highest degree imaginable. It was the first time ever bringing my automobile there based on a friend's recommendation. After my dealings with Neshaminy, there will never be a time I will take my car anywhere else moving forward. On top of Josh/Nick's excellence in customer service (taking the time to explain everything out about the process of how long my car would be in shop for, helping me with a rental, dealing with insurance company, keeping in touch, etc.) the quality of the work completed was second to none!!! It looked like a brand new car when all was finished! When you have a shop that covers every single facet of professional/ethical service (hard to find in auto industry), kindness of the Owner/Manager/Mechanics, quality of work completed, and takes great pride in what they do, you have a winner. You have all of this in Neshaminy Auto Painting & Collision. Lastly, as I was reading through some of the reviews, I found one to be completely off-base and the exact opposite of the experience I had with Josh and team. To me, it makes me scratch my head to even fathom someone could have the experience they claimed they did from a company in business for 35+ years, but as someone that always expects the best when it comes to those golden keys I mentioned which is 'service and quality', look no further than these guys. I have a been a customer of Neshaminy Collision for years. I became disturbed when I came across a negative comment written by Janice Paul. Was it possible they would treat a customer like that? The quality and customer service is always top notch! I refer my friends and family and they love Josh and his team. I had to make the phone call to get to the bottem of this. As expected without detail, Janice has never brought her car to them for repairs and I'd love for her to provide her invoice of repairs completed. I'm sorry, in a tough economy when people are trying to run a local business, it hurt to see somebody wrongfully trying to bring them down! more

Neshaminy Auto Body is the epitome of professionalism and dedication. I have had the misfortune of needing a body shop several times over the last several years (not my fault!), and Josh and his outstanding team have always taken excellent care of me and my vehicle. I have a new Ford that got hit in a parking lot and they did A+ work as usual. This is the only body shop I will use because they are honest and they generally care. It's like the TV show ""Cheers"" - everybody there knows your name. When I have had insurance-covered repairs my insurance company has never had a problem with them and neither have I. I would love to never need their services again, but when the need arises I will 100% call them again. Thanks, guys! more

This year, I managed to scrape my car's front bumper while backing up. Twice. Each time, for this very minor work, I received a prompt review of the damage that has -- now three different times -- resulted in my complete satisfaction. both Josh & Nick took care of me and I will no longer go any where else. Neshaminy Auto Body does perfection and they have delivered EVERY time I could not be happier with this company. This place is busy and well-regarded for good reason: first-class service, honesty, care and attention. more

Some moron hit my car with a shopping cart at a local grocery store while I was inside. The damage was bad - a couple very noticeable dents and scratches on the passenger side. I saw Neshaminy Auto Body in Penndel and decided to get my car worked on there. Josh was amazing - very professional, courteous and attentive. He makes you feel like you are his only customer! His time estimate was spot on (no delays like with other body shops). I noticed a few small scratches that were not related to my incident and when I went to pick up the car, noticed that they had one of their guys touch them up as well. Talk about customer service. Although I hope don't have to deal with another car issue, I will only go to Neshaminy Auto Body if a situation arises. more

They stink. they are ripoffs and I had to bring my car back twice as the paint didn't match. And especially, that Josh Cohen is the most rude person I have ever met. He didn't know a thing about anything. more
