Review content:
I took my seventeen y/o daughter to Dr. Zahm to have her wisdom teeth removed. This is a child that has never had anydental work or other medical procedures done. She was aware of the fact that an IV line would need to be started. She was scared, even through given oral sedation prior to the procedure. When she asked if I, her mother could come back to the room, the nurse told her no, that it was a surgical area.( I understand this perfectly) my daughter became upset and began to cry. Dr Zahm turn to her as said ""oh what a baby"" this was enough, she left the chair and came out, followed by the nurse and Dr. She told me what he said, and he did not deny it, he just stared at us. We left, I will not expose my child to this type of unprofessional behavior and I hope that you will not expose your child to this verbal abuse either,
Pros: inexpensive dental work, good for non-insured
Cons: poor bedside manner, unfeeling staff
