Dean saved me $700.\r
\r
I purchased a 50"" RCA DLP Scenium tv about two years ago and didn't start using it until March '07. The picture went out around July '08. Estimates all over said it would almost be easier to just buy a new television. I had received a couple of misdiagnoses from RCA and a couple of local repair services and after spending $100 to attempt to fix the set I saw Dean's ad.\r
\r
He came out to my home, examined the tv and gave me an immediate diagnosis for $50. He gave me an estimate on the cost of repair at $325 and took the set back to his shop to repair it. He advised me up front that it could take up to a week to repair it depending on how long he had to wait for the part. Exactly one week later I had an email from Dean saying my tv was fixed!\r
\r
He brought the set back out and it works as wonderfully as I remembered it did before it went kaput. Dean was very professional, and saved me about $700 on the repair. I plan on using him as long as he is in business and telling everyone I can.\r
\r
The only reason I docked a star was due to a mixup with my power cord, but it was resolved to my satisfaction.
Pros: Great service, Great price
Cons: May need to help carry the set if his assistant is unavailable
