Review content:
Called these guys about a 21"" Viewsonic monitor I had that was not working properly. Guy was very friendly and nice. Told me it would be $19 to look at it, The problem I had was the monitor light stays on like you are getting a signal, but no picture. If you turn it on and off the screen comes on for a second and then goes off again so it is not the screen itself. But Dean's told me that no matter what was wrong with it I would end up paying $150. I have a huge problem with that as number one, how do you quote a price without even looking art it and number two you can buy a new one with what they want to charge you to fix the old one.
