This company has got to be the worst. I brought in a curtain panel to be cut in half and hemmed on both sides to produce two skinnier panels. Pretty simple I thought. When I got the panels back, they has sewn shut the hole where the pole passes through on the hemmed side. Now how am I suppose to hang these? Not to mention the water stains where it looks like they ironed them. They are silk and not to be ironed! I could have done this myself. I contacted the company, but received no response. $140 later, I have two panels that I can't use. Thanks so much for ruining my $400 panel.
