Bought a certificate for a doggie spa (includes bath, brush, nail trim and ear cleaning) from Living Social. Never visited this place before. Upon arrival the stuff was really trying to convince me to pay for a grooming too though all I wanted was my furry friend to have a bath and be brushed. They really were trying to sell me something extra and not in a very nice way. After 2 hours i returned to pick up my dog and we went home. That same night I noticed my dog acts weird. He kept licking himself and when I looked what was the matter I noticed that he has burns from some chemicals on his chest above his front paws and on his head!!!!! I don't know what they sprayed on him and if they just forgot to rinse something off him but it hurt and bothered him a lot I can tell.We had to go to the vet!!! I kept calling ""Platinum Pooch"" to find out what was that they sprayed on my dog but it was a Thanksgiving weekend and they have been closed. It's been more than a week now since we visited that place and my dog is still recovering. Another thing is that they cut some of his fur off his belly and paws anyway though I told them I don't want a haircut for him!!!!! Terrible experience!!! Will never go back and will tell everybody I know about how bad this place is!!!!
