I apologize that you were unhappy with your service. However, in regards to your pet needing to see a vet and your attempts to contact us, there was not a single message left on our voicemail, and nor is it in our caller ID log. We use 100% natural products made for pets, so ""chemical burns""; is not possible. Maybe a slight irritation, but that is unpredictable. Also, considering you have a golden retreiver, a Haircut would not be suggested for your dog. And certainly not bullied. We disussed undercoat removal. Your living social voucher clearly states that haircuts AND undercoat removal charges may apply. We actually had grounds to decline your voucher for failure to comply. The voucher also says, sanitary trim and pad hair removal.Your dog recieved a professional grooming service. Again, I apologize you were unhappy with your visit in our salon.
