Seriously. The YO's buffalo filet may be the best steak in Dallas. If it isn't, then it's right up there ... and their regular filets are right up there, too. And it's the best place in Dallas I know for game. I've been going there for years for lunch and dinner and it remains a favorite. At lunch, the daily specials are something else, and a real value ... especially the Beer Can Chicken (s m o k e y) on Tuesday, but also the meat loaf (yes, really) and the chicken pot pie (mmmmmmm mmm). For starters, I really like the venison rollups and the black-eyed pea sirloin soup. This place has a great kitchen, terrific waiters who know their stuff and won't steer you wrong, and a nice, upscale Texas atmosphere. Most of the waiters have been there for a long time, and that's always a good sign. The proprietor, Tony Street, comes from the famous Street restaurant family, and it shows in the food and the service.
