Businiess name:  Y.o. Ranch Steakhouse

Review content:
My wife and I and two friends ate at the Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse a few weeks ago. It was the best meal I have ever had in Dallas -- or any other place. The Buffalo tenderloin was outstanding. The tortilla soup is the best ever. Where did they find that recipe? The new expansion makes the Old West look like it should -- not a Hollywood version, but elegant and sophisticated, while having humorous and authentic touches throughout. Behind the bar are photos of the female Schreiner family members. Nice touch. There is no other place that serves such a great steak and wild game. Being partners with the Schreiner family which has owned the huge Y.O. Ranch in the Texas Hill Country since 1880 has made this restaurant a truly special place in downtown Dallas. When in Dallas, the Y.O. is a must stop. It even has its own beer, although I prefer a cold Shiner Bock in a Y.O. glass.
