Very small bar area!! If the stools are all occupied, then you have a one foot space to stand for a drink. The location is great (West End Historic District), which has a lot of other bars you can go to before or after having dinner here. I had the Cowboy bone-in Ribeye cooked med. It was a ""good"" piece, not the greatest but ""good"". It could have been more tender in the sections that where away from the bone, maybe it needed to contain more marbling or to be aged more. But the section closest to the bone were to die for! My Wife had the halibut but we sent it back because it was way too fishy. NOW here is where Y.O. shows it is a great place; the halibut was taken back w/no questions, only apologies. The waiter then asked what dish would my Wife like instead. She ordered the chicken in a mushroom reduction sauce that was excellent. When the check arrived, I saw that the didn't charge us for the halibut nor the chicken replacement. The waiter explained that their fish is always fresh and never frozen. Hey, it happens. We where in Dallas for the NY Giants vs Cowboys game in December 2008 plus celebrating my 40th. Y.O. gave me a slice of their chocolate cake from their dessert menu; very good. I will be back! Pros: Excellent service, atmosphere, location... Cons: Small bar area.
