I got great service I brought my unit in & they called me the next day with my estimate,they didnt even mind giving me a few day's to think about it,when I called them back to approve it,they got on it right away and I had it back in two day's and I got a 90 day warranty it's now been about 6 months and it still look's great'I will surely keep there number handy for my next repair or purchase of a TV.
Pros: Nice freindly staff willing to work with you
Cons: Some times finding parts for some stuff can take some time think about it it's Electronics
