Over 2 months now....... Really? 12/23/2011

This company has had my TV over 2 months now. First it was the power supply, then they needed to come pick up the TV, and now there is other things wrong with it which is preventing me to get my TV back. I have never heard of anything like this. I called the TV repair man back today and he states I should have it by the end of next week, I'll keep you posted if the promise was met. So far not a good experience at all with this company. Usually I dont write reviews, but I highly believe in whats right, Please dont waiste your time with this company just find another place or just get a new TV. more

Pleasure dealing with 'em 4/6/2010

I usually have a hard time finding any business providing service that I enjoy dealing with. These folks are the exception. Not only are they great at electronics repair, they're just nice people to talk to and really seem to care. I know they've been in business for around 20 years which says they must be doing something right. I have used them several times over the years and have always had a pleasant experience. Fixed it fast! 10/20/2008

I've used these guys for more than 10 years. They recently fixed my plasma flat panel. I dropped it off on a tuesday and had it back in time for Dallas Cowboys football on Sunday! I've always experienced professional and fast service. The technicians really know their stuff and are straight shooters. Even though I brought this set in myself, I've had them come to my house to work on other items including my home theater system. Great company, a pleasure doing business with them. Pros: Good location, fast service, knowlegeable Cons: They don't work for free more

Great customer service 7/30/2008

I got great service I brought my unit in & they called me the next day with my estimate,they didnt even mind giving me a few day's to think about it,when I called them back to approve it,they got on it right away and I had it back in two day's and I got a 90 day warranty it's now been about 6 months and it still look's great'I will surely keep there number handy for my next repair or purchase of a TV. Pros: Nice freindly staff willing to work with you Cons: Some times finding parts for some stuff can take some time think about it it's Electronics more

Worst Customer Service and Very Slow Repair Work 3/30/2007

AV Electronics has had my TV in for repair for 10 months now. Which is the second time I have taken it to them.The first time they tried to fix it but it was not fixed and they told me to bring it back. I have tried over and over to contact someone to speak with and even gone to AV Electronics in person to speak to someone. on what is happen with my TV.. Ever time the front clerk says there is no one there and he will have them contact me. Which has never happend. DO NOT use this place if you ever want your TV back. more
