I have gone to PK. Walsh for many years and have had experience with almost everyone who works there . For those of us who have lost hair the whole process of realizing that one needs a hairpiece can be traumatic, P.K. Walsh made it seem as if there were easy and normal solutions I have never been dissatisfied and have probably had about 5 or 6 pieces each one lasting about three years. If at any time, the hairpiece came in and it was not as ordered, (for example the color was not quite right) it was corrected at their expense , or an entirely new one was ordered. When disaster struck a piece , (like falling by accident into the washing machine and going through an entire cycle and coming out a matted mess) Rachel spent a long time and somehow fixed it. I have always been treated well there and felt that i could trust them to do the right thing for me.
