Review content:
The only thing special about this restaurant is the location and view. The owners are bitter and nasty people that are clueless when it comes to customer satisfaction. It's not just the food that is substandard...it's the parking monitors (the owners) that will have your car towed while you dine in their establishment! \r
My highpoint was that the beer was cold while I waited for a resolution to my tow issue. They did not offer to disount our check, pay for the tow, or refrain from scolding our children that were playing on the stairs (who where restless after 2 hours)...while we waited to have our car returned ...that they towed! \r
I am amazed that we were treated so poorly. These people have no shame or desire for repeat business.\r
This has nothing to do with the staff! They were wonderful.
