Review content:
This place MUST be a tax write off because its always empty. I fish here and would never eat at the 'restaurant,' I hear too many horror stories. Their vibe is ugly and scares away business. I've seen two young families running around looking for their car: the owner waits by the front window and calls the tow truck immediately. The signs say 'you will be ticketed' but the owners bypass that and pick up the phone and have you towed. They turn away hundreds of weekend beach goers looking for food. ""Only high priced sit down"" is available. The city gave up caring how these owners have driven people away. Meanwhile, Dania Beach Grill just down the beach is PACKED on the weekends. They must be friendly or something... The city screwed up in giving these people a contract for 30 years, something negotiated behind closed doors. Not everyone voted or benefited from pushing the contract through. Now Dania Beach is stuck with an overpriced, dead end restaurant where contrary to other posts, is mostly empty. And only 20 more years to go....
