Review content:
My children both attend this daycare since fall of last year. During the walk through, the director sold us on how they provide report cards for the children daily and how well the children learn...- we have received three in seven months. In addition, when our children gets hurt - we are not informed. When you ask someone that works there what happen; you are greeted with an immediate defensive mode, then the reply that they don't know what happen, ""it must of just happen. I didn't hear her cry!"". No accidents reports are ever made! My children were sick for weeks, and I asked for a break in the cost (since I lost my job that day) - the answer was pretty much, 'not their problem.' The children gets one week of vacation a year that we pay 50% of the cost. There are no sick days. A parent must also provide a 2 weeks (paid) notice if they want to take their children out of Midway. Their practices should be illegal. After my child being out for so long, I brought her back in for the day. When I picked her up she had scratches across her forehead and down her nose. ""I don't what happen, it wasn't like that this morning!"" No S**T! It is amazing to see these adults ask a 2 year old what happen. The answer they received, ""I fell down!"" There is too many children for the staff to take care of. I can go on about the everyday wrong things that occur - it's very disappointing. Especially when dishing out so much money a month (more than my mortage!) for someone to care for your child(ren). I definitely would not recommend anyone to bring their children there!!!!!
Cons: too many to list
