Review content:
Granted, I'm a young 23 years old, but I think that made these guys think they could take advantage of me. Driving a VW as I do, they showed me virtually no respect. The only reason I opted to have my car towed here rather than Wurster's Foreign Car Repair in Franklin was that they assured me it would be done same day (Friday). Friday came and went, and my car was not fixed. They had to order the part, and apparently their supplier does not take them seriously enough to make them a priority. They then assured me it would be done Saturday, and they would call as soon as they knew anything.
Saturday they never called. I called them, was told they would call back, and they never did. Finally on my third call I got some answers. My car was still not fixed. They had gotten a bad part.
Finally, my car was fixed on Monday (three days and a weekend after promised). They had the courtesy to install a new ignition switch (which I didn't ask for) and were so nice as to ""keep the bill under $1,000 for me."" Furthermore, they broke the housing around my steering wheel and zip tied it back together (as if I wouldn't notice). And now the air bag light is on, indicating they screwed something up with that system as well.
Some places vacuum your car out when they fix it. This place trashes it. I believe that is called DIS-service, as opposed to service.
I paid just to get my car out of their hands, and they will NEVER see it again. If you have any kind of import or expect service, communication, respect, or fair prices, go to a real repair shop.
Pros: Location
Cons: Price, communication, honesty, etc.
