Awful. These people are crooks. I got one of those ValPak coupons in the mail. On it it said $10 off an Oil Change, Filter & Lube. Their regular price is $27.99. So you think I'd ...

They really know their stuff. I had a great experience with their team, I took my car in here for a tune-up and they have so many great tips on how to take care of your car. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 6/28/2012

My girl friend took one of my cars in for just an oil change at this location. She called me a little scared that they were telling her that the car needed new belts and that they were severely damaged. Quoted $528.68 for the job. I knew they were trying to just sell her services plus that amount was outrageous. I went in there and talked to the service manager and told him that it's ok. We'll pass.\r I didn't want to embarrass them by telling him the car had the belts replaced by a mechanic just 1 year ago and didn't need replacing and calling them out in front of other customers. So that was bad as a starter.\r \r The worse is to come. Since I was already there I told them to change the oil on my Truck. They did, and I had to wait for a little while. Then the service manager comes to me with the devastating news. I had a brake rotor that was fused to the caliper on the left wheel and needed replacement immediately or I could have an accident and it was really dangerous to drive like that. Well, i had him show me the issue. Indeed, the rotor seemed to be fused and I told him to quote me the job.\r \r He wanted $690.00 to change brake rotors on both front wheels. Now, that is a RIP OFF. I told him that since it was probably necessary to change that one wheel's rotor and caliper to quote me just on one wheel, since the other didn't need it. He quoted me $370.00 with taxes. Still a rip off, but I was there already and they would do it immediately.\r \r Ok. they did the job I paid and left.\r \r not 1 minute while on I-65 I noticed that my steering wheel and seat were shaking. I went back and they told me they don't know what it could be but thought a tire rotation would fix it. They rotated the tires. That didn't fix it, and i had to come back 4 different times and even got a regional manager involved and STILL didn't fix the issue THEY created. \r \r \r PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN AN OIL CHANGE and even then. check the levels, because they overfilled both my car and truck, which is bad for your engine under pressure.\r \r NEVER ALLOW THEM TO SCARE YOU INTO BELIEVEING THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR CAR. Take it to a real mechanic that will know what he is doing. I made a terrible and costly mistake. But you are now warned. more

Awful. These people are crooks. I got one of those ValPak coupons in the mail. On it it said $10 off an Oil Change, Filter & Lube. Their regular price is $27.99. So you think I'd be paying $17.99 right? WRONG. Their oil change ended up costing me $26.88. Here's how their invoice read: $14.00 Pennzoil Oil $10.99 Oil Change Labor $6.00 Oil Filter $2.00 Oil Disposal Fee $1.61 Shop supplies (whatever that means) $2.28 Tax - $10.00 (coupon) $26.88 How it should have read: $27.99 Oil Change, Filter & Lube. - $10.00 (coupon) $17.99 Tax (9.25) $1.66 $19.65 Will never go back again and I suggest you don't either. more

Worst service experience of my life 8/3/2009

Granted, I'm a young 23 years old, but I think that made these guys think they could take advantage of me. Driving a VW as I do, they showed me virtually no respect. The only reason I opted to have my car towed here rather than Wurster's Foreign Car Repair in Franklin was that they assured me it would be done same day (Friday). Friday came and went, and my car was not fixed. They had to order the part, and apparently their supplier does not take them seriously enough to make them a priority. They then assured me it would be done Saturday, and they would call as soon as they knew anything. Saturday they never called. I called them, was told they would call back, and they never did. Finally on my third call I got some answers. My car was still not fixed. They had gotten a bad part. Finally, my car was fixed on Monday (three days and a weekend after promised). They had the courtesy to install a new ignition switch (which I didn't ask for) and were so nice as to ""keep the bill under $1,000 for me."" Furthermore, they broke the housing around my steering wheel and zip tied it back together (as if I wouldn't notice). And now the air bag light is on, indicating they screwed something up with that system as well. Some places vacuum your car out when they fix it. This place trashes it. I believe that is called DIS-service, as opposed to service. I paid just to get my car out of their hands, and they will NEVER see it again. If you have any kind of import or expect service, communication, respect, or fair prices, go to a real repair shop. Pros: Location Cons: Price, communication, honesty, etc. more
