Review content:
I went to pick up 2 of my leather designer handbags today and found out that they used colored shoepolish on the leather. The colors were different and on top of that, the leather was ruined and no longer soft to the touch. When I addressed the problem with the man in the store, he claimed that they didn't have insurance and that he didn't speak English. I am going to take this up with the better business bureau but not sure what they're going to be able to do since the store worker took my receipt/tag when I came to pick up my bags. I would not advise that you go to this store for anything other than having your shoe heels repaired!!!
