STAY AWAY! I brought my computer in for a minor repair and Amin erased my hard drive without backing it up. many days later, I am in computer hell. This has impacted my job as well as many other facets of my life. It's also wasted countless hours that could have been spent fruitfully.\r

When I complained I was told that they don't guarantee anything and that I signed a statement to that effect when I authorized them to work on my computer.\r

When I asked them to at least get my Outlook working correct ly, I was told that it is working correctly.. I have no address book. I cannot get any emails that were sent after Dec. 24th, the day Amin erased my hard drive.\r

For this, I was charged $125.\r

These guys are incompetent. They overcharge. If they screw up, they don't try to help fix the problem\r
\r
STAY AWAY AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AWAY.\r

P.S. A while ago they did have one person with whose work I was satisfied. After this debacle happened, I asked for Teal and was told that he didn't work there anymore. I asked for a contact email or phone for him and was told they didn't have it. Lie!
