STAY AWAY! I brought my computer in for a minor repair and Amin erased my hard drive without backing it up. many days later, I am in computer hell. This has impacted my job as well as many other facets of my life. It's also wasted countless hours that could have been spent fruitfully.\r \r When I complained I was told that they don't guarantee anything and that I signed a statement to that effect when I authorized them to work on my computer.\r \r When I asked them to at least get my Outlook working correct ly, I was told that it is working correctly.. I have no address book. I cannot get any emails that were sent after Dec. 24th, the day Amin erased my hard drive.\r \r For this, I was charged $125.\r \r These guys are incompetent. They overcharge. If they screw up, they don't try to help fix the problem\r \r STAY AWAY AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AWAY.\r \r P.S. A while ago they did have one person with whose work I was satisfied. After this debacle happened, I asked for Teal and was told that he didn't work there anymore. I asked for a contact email or phone for him and was told they didn't have it. Lie! more

Very unhappy with service and repairs. I would not return or recommend this place to others. I was given one price over the phone and the charged more at pick-up. Very unprofessional. You best bet is to stick with the places like Geek Squad or Staples. I tried to save a few bucks and got screwed. They main goal is to sell you their outdated, overpriced parts. Take my advice and stay away! more

Had a tech come to my home to fix sound on desktop. He charged my for a full hour service and then tried to sell me a new monitor, speakers, cables, etc. Shortly after he left, I discovered the problem had not been resolved. I called first thing the next morning to notify them that they not had repaired problem they had charged me for. Sent tech out again to discover that he had plugged something in to wrong place, and then demanded another service charge!!! I suspect the plug was done deliberately to initiate another service call. Very shady and unethical. Steer clear!!!!!!!!! They should not get any stars. more
