You're days away from closing on the sale of your house, and they find a problem that comes complete with an estimate to repair.
Told us the house couldn't sell with the current ""moisture"" problem. They then proceeded to work up a proposal for almost $8,000 to fix the problem.
Funny how a follow up inspection for a second opinion the very next day said there were ZERO moisture problems with the house.
If I could give negative stars, I would. STAY AWAY!
