Tremex conducted a CL-100 on my home prior to selling. On the report, the company listed moisture issues which did not, and had not ever, existed. This report was conveniently accompanied by an estimate (unrequested) to repair these ""problems"" for several thousand dollars.
After having two additional companies assess the house, the issues noted on the Tremex report proved to be false. Additionally , the customer service was very bad (not returning phone calls, poor attitude, etc.) I would not recommend this company.
