I have lived here for nearly two years now and I just came across all the reviews on this site. I must say I have enjoyed my time here at the Village of Laurelwood. I feel like only the people who have had a bad experience here are the only one's who are leaving a review online. I'm here to tell you this place isn't nearly as bad as the others here are making it seem.
The rent prices are very reasonable for the area, the apartments are pretty clean and the the neighbors have always been friendly. Maintenance has always been fast and helpful whenever I needed something.
I use the gym quite often. It's not the biggest gym but it has a good variety of machines and it gets the job done. The pool is also nice if you care to use it.
The only complaint I really have would be the cable/internet here. iSpeed is extremely slow and their customer service is terrible. Other than that I've got no complaints.
