I agree with the person who wrote regarding the manager Betty. I have unfortunately lived here for two years, one in a 2 bedroom apt. and now in a townhouse. This woman, Betty, is very rude to the residents for no reason. When you call to ask for things to be fixed, she talks to you in a demeaning voice. She acts like absolutely NOTHING is an emergency. I have resigned myself to fixing all of the things that go wrong, and pay for it myself. I also agree that the terminator service stinks, the creepy crawlers just continue to come back, unlike the maintenance man, whom doesn't. the dude in the golf cart has come close to being run over numerous times as he just doesn't obey the rules of driving, esp. the speed limit. the cable/phone/internet service stinks, nothing ever gets fixed and it is overpriced. The rent goes up every year and the conditin of the place goes down. People are always parking in other people's assigned parking spaces and nothing is done to correct this problem. I do not advise anyone to rent from here as I am trying like mad to get out of here.
