Awesome place. I love their equipment and don't understand their bad review. The manager explained the return policy which is because they sell equipment that can be used once and then returned for a free rental. Simiilar to software, they have a policy on their spy gear only. CCTV equipment is returnable if it is not used or like in my case, upgraded to a better quality than I first purchased. They upgraded me and I received a great price and full credit for my old equipment. They warranty equipment for a year and serviced my cameras without a question.
