Awesome place. I love their equipment and don't understand their bad review. The manager explained the return policy which is because they sell equipment that can be used once and then returned for a free rental. Simiilar to software, they have a policy on their spy gear only. CCTV equipment is returnable if it is not used or like in my case, upgraded to a better quality than I first purchased. They upgraded me and I received a great price and full credit for my old equipment. They warranty equipment for a year and serviced my cameras without a question. more

They do have a ton of interesting stuff, but none of this is worth the crappy treatment and their strict policies on no refunds or exchanges. I bought an expensive audio recorder that broke within days of the purchase. They would not agree to take it back, give me a refund, exchange it, send it for repair, or replace it, nothing! Nada. \r After spending nearly $200 I was stuck with a piece of crap that was made of cheap material. To make matters worse everyone of the employees, management included, were talking down to me, making it sound like I was an idiot for breaking it and simply rude. I went to a different location to encounter an even more hostile attitude from a manager who was just too good to work there. I will never shop there again and want to caution everyone that they carry a lot of cheap stuff made in China that breaks within days of the purchase and about their unreasonable policies that are extremely customer unfriendly. more

Love this place for super high tech spy gear, cool people working there and awesome ideas for security. Great to browse and good products. I own some and will be back. I'll be back. I went in here out of curiosity and found some great tools for protecting my home and business. I purchased an inexpensive video security system for my home and was able to get their tech to set me up with remote access from work. Then I recommended them to my boss and they installed cameras at work. Both installations went smoothly and I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of the installers. I even tipped them for being so contentious. I recommend them highly and would always think of them in the area of security cameras. Although my system only cost $1200 installed, they do sell high end equipment and apparetly have installed systems at hotels and large businesses according to their references.
