Review content:
I went there on an uncrowded Monday morning. The sales people acted as if they could not care less about helping me. When I asked to see a Marie Antoinette costume I was informed that they were very expensive, over $200, and she did not feel like getting dresses for me if I was not serious about renting. (I am very serious. I have spent thousands on rentals over the years becuase Halloween is my favorite holiday) When I told her I just wanted a nice dress and that price did not matter, she relunctantly fetched the dresses.I tried on a costume that was a bit too short (I am almost 6 feet tall) and when I asked If they had anything for taller girls, a woman, who later said she was the owner, told me that the dress was supposed to look like that. It was a Marie Antoinette costume and the hem was hitting the middle of my shinbone. She asked me if I had studied costume design when I said that I thought it looked funny. She was just very rude. It sounded very snobbish and she obviously did not want to help so I decided to leave. When I was leaving the woman who said she was the owner shouted out that I should be shopping at Party Boy! Thanks, I will. Pros: They do have variety. Cons: The costumes are in poor condition and usually very dirty or torn. Horrible attitude among staff.
