We rented two costumes for a wedding. In talking to the to the clerk I was told we could pick up the costumes on Fri. because of the schedule as father of the bride made it difficult to be ready for a Sat afternoon wedding picking up on Sat.\r
When we arrived Fri. we were told that it was an additional 20% charge to pick up a day early. Having invested 1 1/2 hrs and 50 mile round trip already I felt I had no choice but to pay. I was offered the obligatory ""sorry for the misunderstanding"" but that will be another $46.00.\r
We will never use this store again.
