My initial inquiry about an estimate to replace my roof was answered promptly and from that point on I had absolutely no complaints about the way ABC Roofing conducted any of their business. Everyone that I dealt with throughout the entire process was professional and courteous. The crew that replaced my roof did a great job, excellent work ethic from the whole crew. Great job cleaning up around the house when finished. The roof looks great.
I was especially impressed with the salesman, Mark Anderson. It was due to his follow-ups and professionalism that ABC won my business. There was an initial discrepancy between the estimate from insurance and the one from ABC. He called back a couple of times (because I was waiting for one more estimate to come back)to see where they had ended up with their estimate on the job. When the discrepancy was realized he had the estimate re-done and at my door that afternoon. The other two companies I had contacted were also very reputable companies, but their salesman just didn't match up. Once the initial estimate was handed to me, the other salesman were hard to get in touch with. I had several questions about products and building practices. Mark was always very available to answer my questions. He knew what he was talking about and was confident in his answers. In the end, he made me feel confident that I made the right choice with ABC.
Overall, a very customer service oriented staff, with excellent quality workmanship. Would highly recommend.
