Said they are a Christian company I paid them in full and 4 months later they put a lien on my house. They did not pull a permit and didn't install starter shingles more

Although I'm not very knowledgeable about roofs John Titus explained it very well to my daughter and me. He was on time for the estimate (actually early) and whenever I called him about anything he promptly returned my call. The roofers finished the job as planned. The soffit however was a somewhat longer process but I think it wasn't the easiest job to do and I'm very pleased with how it all looks. more

John Titus is professional in every way. Very prompt with his estimate. Called the day of our job to say he would be 35 minutes late. I was very impressed!! Did a great job on our gutter guards. A very likable young man who represents the company well. more

I want to let you know that your people at ABC Roofing are top notch! John Titus from the beginning was very professional and extremely helpful in navigating through the insurance morass. Once he helped me through that process the crew that put the roof on were spectacular! They were thorough and professional and did an excellent job! I would be remiss lwithout mentioning Shannon Shellenburg. There was some post roofing insurance issues that she took care of, making things so much easier. Even though we started the process of submitting a claim late in the fall the work was completed in a timely manner. The work crew was diligent in completing the work quickly. ABC perforemd how I would have liked, when discussing further issues they came up with two solutions that they would do to their own house , with our prior approval on one of their recommendations they finished the job on time with excellent results. Due to hail damage this fall, I had my roof replaced again by ABC Roofing. My initial roof replacement, by ABC Roofing, was April, 2008. Based upon my excellent experience from 2008, my first call was to ABC Roofing this fall. ABC was able to schedule my roof replacement before the cold weather of winter. I find ABC Roofing to be professional; the roofing crew is hard working and provides quality roof installation and cleans up the property daily. I would highly recommend ABC Roofing to others. more

I needed to have a roof leak, some broken siding, and some rotting trim work fixed. Everyone from the estimator to the personnel doing the work and the people spoke with at the office were very courteous. The work was done quickly. I did have to ask about a piece of siding that was not replaced, but they showed up later the same day I called and replaced the last piece of siding. My experience was excellent! more

My initial inquiry about an estimate to replace my roof was answered promptly and from that point on I had absolutely no complaints about the way ABC Roofing conducted any of their business. Everyone that I dealt with throughout the entire process was professional and courteous. The crew that replaced my roof did a great job, excellent work ethic from the whole crew. Great job cleaning up around the house when finished. The roof looks great. I was especially impressed with the salesman, Mark Anderson. It was due to his follow-ups and professionalism that ABC won my business. There was an initial discrepancy between the estimate from insurance and the one from ABC. He called back a couple of times (because I was waiting for one more estimate to come back)to see where they had ended up with their estimate on the job. When the discrepancy was realized he had the estimate re-done and at my door that afternoon. The other two companies I had contacted were also very reputable companies, but their salesman just didn't match up. Once the initial estimate was handed to me, the other salesman were hard to get in touch with. I had several questions about products and building practices. Mark was always very available to answer my questions. He knew what he was talking about and was confident in his answers. In the end, he made me feel confident that I made the right choice with ABC. Overall, a very customer service oriented staff, with excellent quality workmanship. Would highly recommend. more

Repairman was friendly and knew what he was doing. He even took the time to explain and demonstrate why he was upgrading our gutter brackets. more

Overall good work, crew worked hard and were courteous. I did have some issues with gutter damage that I believe was caused by crew not using the technique that I was told they would. I couldn't prove the damage and the sales person wouldn't take any ownership. Power vent was left disconnected (which ABC quickly fixed). Crew picked up all debris, but didn't sweep. more

ABC Roofing's written proposal and contract was followed to the letter. The office staff communicated effectively before the job began and answered our many questions. The service we received was outstanding, and extremely satisfactory. The roofers started early, worked hard all day, and finished before dark and we have a big house. The workers were courteous, and cooperative with our questions. We were so impressed with the way they cleaned up after themselves and did no damage to our landscaping, etc. We are so happy with the results. I was told to expect a great experience and I wasn't disappointed. The crew arrived when expected and finished before expected. The day was very hot but it didn't slow production and when the crew left my yard was a clean (or cleaner) than when they arrived.
