I visited the Hallandale, FL location on 4/22/10 with a friend. We split the bill & he paid his portion of the check via cash & I pain my portion via credit card in the amount of $24.95. I was shocked to see my credit card hard been charged $55.71. I contacted the restaurant numerous times & left numerous messages. I spoke with Managers Jessica & Cliff. Finally on 6/9/2010 Cliff advised that he returned $30 to my credit card. Since the charge was on a corporate credit card, I needed written proof. I called Cliff again on 6/11 to ask for an e-mail or fax. Cliff advise me that he would e-mail me in the next 5 minutes. I never received an e-mail & frankly I am very upset at the service I have received. I did not deserve to be treated so badly for a mistake that the restaurant made. Also, the food was very overpriced for the quality & portions.
