By far the worst service in south Florida This restaurant is poorly run, they have an amateurish wait staff... And their manager is unprofessional at best. I don't often review, but I had o after my horrible experience at this restaurant. I will never, ever return. more

I decided to give Brio a second change. The first time I went there with 3 friends and some of the food was mediocre. \r I tried again tonight and was not pleased with my choice. The grilled salmon was greasy with 2 breaded tomatoes which were fat loaded plus the fries. Tuscan food is not supposed to be that way. \r This time I sat at the bar and had 2 servers: Rosa very nice and another one (blonde) who was having a very bad hair day fighting with one of the managers. She did show how unhappy she was, with long face, and talking out loud to her co-workers how unfair the bald manager was, bla, bla, bla, not a single smile all the time. I wish my tip goes all to Rosa. The blonde should find another job away from customers. more

Just went over there for dinner, I have been driving past it home from work for over a year now so I decided I better finally go check it out, with my wife. The inside is very impressive, and nice. The server recommended the Spicy Shrimp And Eggplant to start so I said, sure why not. It was so good I ordered a SECOND ONE, very nice. Then my wife had the Shrimp and Lobster Fettucini, and I ate the Lamb Chops. They brought by a dessert tray, but there was no way I could fit a dessert after all that food, so I just had a nice espresso, and the waiter brought it with a lemon twist, I had never tried that before but he said that people like it in their espresso and that it smooths out the flavor. It was pretty good and the service was very good and everyone was very professional and friendly. more

On our way to Gulfstream racetrack we stopped in for a late lunch. We arrived to find the patio was full so we decided to wait for a table and were given a buzzer to alert us when one became available. (we were the only ones on the wait list and the inside was only 40% full if that) As we were sitting in the outdoor waiting area we had full view of the patio and noticed several tables leaving. Then the tables were cleared and still we sat waiting...and waiting. Finally I approached the hostess to ask her if we were able to be seated yet as tables were available. I was informed no tables were ready yet and sent back out to wait. We watched the empty tables for another 10 minutes and decided we would just leave as this place did not seem interested in seating us. Just as we were about to hand in our buzzer we were called to be seated !\r We were shown our coveted patio table and seated. Our waiter came fairly quickly taking our water and soft drink orders. We ordered 3 appetizers to share: Spicy Shrimp & Eggplant, Beef Carpaccio and Chicken Calbrese Flat-bread. Food came fairly quickly and was served on ginormous platters like family style Italian. While the sizes were impressive as well as the presentation the food fell a little short. The Beef Carpaccio meat was bland but drizzled with aoili that was too heavy/ greasy for the dish. The flat-bread was a little dry could have used more onion marmalade and cheese. The shrimp & eggplant dish was nicely done we thought and original but the eggplant was deep-fried.\r It took a while for our table to get cleared and we stated we wanted to order a couple more appetizers. After a while our waiter came back and we ordered two more dishes. After yet another long while our waiter returned and informed us that it was shift change in the kitchen and the dishes we ordered had been over-cooked...at that point we just cancelled the order as we were ready to head to the track. The good thing to come out of it was that our waiter had the manager authorize a 25% discount to our bill for the inconvenience.\r I did enjoy the complimentary sourdough bread with butter and seasoned flat crisps served before our appetizers. Just wish the attentiveness of the staff could have been picked up a few notches as well as some of the food flavours. more

Love it! Have had wonderful food, drinks and service EVERY time, and i am there about once a week. Love Chicken Limone. Love the Sangria. The house wine of the day is generally a good choice. Not a big fan of the Italian Wedding soup, watery and had 2 mini-meatballs. But love every salad on the menu more

Thhe setting is beautiful, the food smelled good so I thought we were ok.\r \r My child had a kids lasagna which I didn't dare try(hade meat) and a creamy white sauce? ewe.\r \r Then my chicken milanese comes and it tastes raw(lghting so dim I could not really see) used my phone to check it out and looked cooked but the texture is that of a fake chicken patty (not worth the $18.50) The herbed spaghetti was not good and the pomodoro sauce not flavorful, the mozzerella which is suppose to be fresh is a poor quality cheese and may be the reason the chicken didn't taste good even the breading of the chicken had no flavor.\r \r This place is worse than Olive Garden(I am sorry they always have a long wait at OG) I could have had a good meal.\r \r The waitor tried to be nice and gave me afree dessert(worth $2.50) not exactly compensation for a terrible $18.50 dish and the dessert was cute and petite but was also not good(I only ate the whipped cream)\r \r The clientele was mostly 70+ so perhaps their weakened tastes buds and taste for bland food led them in packs to this place.\r \r don't waste your time at Brio Tuscan Grille! more

We arrived at 12:30 on the Sunday after New Years. The interior was about 20% of capacity with the outside full but only a 5 minute wait. After having a drink at the bar we were seated outside. On our way to our table I was shocked to look down at the floor and see scattered on the rugs of the outdoor lounge area, bits of the previous nights sugar wrappers, pieces of napkin and general debris that occurs and falls to the floor at any restaurant or bar. How could this area not have been cleaned before opening?! After being seated and placing our order our waiter was missing in action even when our food was served by others on the staff in a food auction fashion. Our table was sticky and when I wiped the area in front of me my white linen napkin became grayish black with filth and I had to ask for a new napkin 3 times! Did anyone ask if they could clean our table? No! Didn't occur to anyone! At mid meal our wine glasses were empty for 15 minutes, lost revenue to the restaurant. A salad we ordered was certainly on the check but never made it to our table at any time during our meal and never once did a manger come to welcome us and ask us if we were enjoying our meal. Our waiter did reappear some 10 minutes after we finished our meal to deliver the check and make some small talk about our iPhones. Absolutely horrid service! The only positive was the food and the beautiful weather outside this day. Brio is a well known restaurant with good food but this one needs to have it's management team removed & replaced immediately without hesitation. more

Loved this place. The bruschetta tasting platter was a great start for our party of 4 followed by chicken milanese, shrimp w/grilled veggies and orzo, garganelli carbonbara and bistecca salad. Bloody Mary's were delicious and the trio of dessert (cannoli's, ricotta cheesecake and warm choc bread pudding). Can't wait to go back and try other stuff on the menu. The servers were extremely knowledgeable. more

I visited the Hallandale, FL location on 4/22/10 with a friend. We split the bill & he paid his portion of the check via cash & I pain my portion via credit card in the amount of $24.95. I was shocked to see my credit card hard been charged $55.71. I contacted the restaurant numerous times & left numerous messages. I spoke with Managers Jessica & Cliff. Finally on 6/9/2010 Cliff advised that he returned $30 to my credit card. Since the charge was on a corporate credit card, I needed written proof. I called Cliff again on 6/11 to ask for an e-mail or fax. Cliff advise me that he would e-mail me in the next 5 minutes. I never received an e-mail & frankly I am very upset at the service I have received. I did not deserve to be treated so badly for a mistake that the restaurant made. Also, the food was very overpriced for the quality & portions. more

I remember the appetizers and dishes I ordered being of good quality and being tasty. But what I remember the most was the amazing cappucino I had after dinner with my tiramisu dessert. This Brio is located in a lovely outdoor shopping area which is perfect for walking after a delicious meal. more

My favorite new restaurant at Gulfstream. I have yet to find any menu item I dislike. Service is excellent. You can have a nice, relaxed meal here without being rushed, even when it's busy. more

Disgusting food, everything is tasteless, fattening, or too spivey. Ambience is misleading, you think you're in for a delightful experience, but it cheap quality. You are better off at tgi Fridays more
