Review content:
My wife and I have been eating here for awhile now and love this place. Their pad thai is excellent. I can also heartily recommend the spring rolls and their mixed vege's and chicken. You can tell the chef knows his chops because in each of his dishes the ingredients complement each other. The way that you can tell when someone isn't very good at their craft is when there is one flavor that dominates the others in a dish. This is what seperstes an artist in a kitchen from a cook. Unfortunately there is one fly in the ointment though, their sushi is just okay. I find it on the bland side. I had a crazy roll and it lacked any crunch and the eel was completly missing in action. The best sushi I have found in the Pines/Miramar area so far is at the Amazing Thai/Japanese restuarant. Bon apetite!!
