Review content:
When I travel I make a habit of checking out the local brewpubs. I had about 45 minutes to spare so I stopped in. I checked the chalk board above the bar as you enter to see what was on tap and then sat down at the bar. I waited for about 5 minutes while the bar tender mostly chatted with her friends. I asked for one of the beers listed on the chalk board and it was not available and the second was not available either (out of Pale Ale - that is a first!). The bar tender seemed to get impatient with me so I went ahead and ordered the Rauchbeer (pretty good but I'd like more smoke). I asked if they had a beer menu (why wasn't it offered?) and after waiting again almost 4 minutes it was delivered (it was right across from where I was sitting!). I waved for another beer (I really wanted to try the Cream Ale) but was not noticed by the bar tender chatting away. I finally just left in disguist. I have visited brew pubs from Seattle to Ft. Lauderdale and this is a first for me! Pros: Decent beer selection - adventurous for a small place. Cons: Indifferent service at the bar.
