Review content:
I first went to Leonard's when their Round Rock location was still open up north, for a simple oil change. They have since closed that location, so I trek down to their South Lamar location when I need something done. They are quick, they are friendly, and as a young single female who clearly knows very little about automotive issues, I feel completely at home there and know that they aren't going to try to rip me off. In fact, the one time they told me about something that was wrong with my car, the manager took me out to the garage and showed me precisely what the problem was and didn't thereafter push me to pay immediately (and even the quote that he gave me was quite reasonable).
Bottom line: their prices are reasonable, the managers are friendly and knowledgable, and I trust their staff, which is precisely why I will continue to make the trip down south.
