Review content:
I own a local business and have used Alpine Lock and Safe in American Fork as my Locksmith provider for many years. I also use their services for my personal needs and have had them come to my home over a dozen times to repair my locks, unlock my vehicles, and install new hardware.
Their locksmiths are professional and honest. The office staff has always been helpful and informative and I can always get them to come out same day or next day at the latest.
I noticed the other poster commented about their pricing on chip keys. I have two different vehicles with chip keys and have had Alpine Lock and Safe replace and program keys for both. One of my vehicles is a newer model and the chip key is a bit more expensive and costs about $195 (I can't remember off the top of my head) and the other is an older model and was about $50 cheaper. I think that mistakes happen and the previous poster may have been quick to post such harsh accusations about this company.
The locksmiths are only human and when you call them afterhours they are usually at home with their families and it could be really easy to make a mistake on pricing. I always keep that in mind and make sure that I provide thorough information.
In all the years and with all of the transactions I have made with this company, i have never had issues with pricing.
I would recommend this company 10/10 times and will continue to contract with Alpine Lock and Safe for all of my locksmithing needs!
